Our charity is expanding its Board of Trustees – could you be the person we’re looking for?
We are appointing a broader team of trustees to help oversee the expansion of the successful Holocaust Education programme we have been delivering in schools since 2017. Specifically, we are looking to recruit a trustee who can coordinate our fundraising strategy and further trustees to lead in the areas of PR, marketing, HR and recruitment.
We believe passionately in the importance of embedding long-term, high quality Holocaust education in schools as well as promoting respect, tolerance, empathy and acceptance of diversity in young people from different cultural and religious backgrounds. We work with primary and secondary schools to educate and inspire young people to stand up to prejudice and discrimination through learning about acts of resistance and rescue during the Holocaust.
In order to ensure best practice, we are currently working in collaboration with other Holocaust education providers, Local Education Authorities, the government and organisations such as Hope Not Hate, The Anne Frank Trust and Faith Matters.
Trustee meetings are held six times a year at a North London venue. Board members are further required to undertake a lead role in one of the key areas of the charity’s work such as fundraising, marketing, HR etc.
If you want to contribute to our valuable work and are:
Committed to the aims of the charity
Understand the duties of trusteeship

Able to work effectively as a member of a team
